There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. Heated garage available for extra fee during ice fishing season. Minimum 4 night rental during July/August Monthly discount available in shoulder seasons The space Main part of the house is a bright open concept space with modern kitchen, and newly renovated living room and dinning room perfect for entertaining. Kitchen features an extra large island. This home has three bedrooms and 5 beds. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The third bedroom is a suite type space with 3 beds, and a central couch and TV. The three beds are a king, single over double bunk, and a single. House is situated on a double lot with a huge fenced back yard and large upper and lower deck with a hot tub. Perfect for entertaining! The home has two full bathrooms, one with a stand up tile shower and the other a tub & shower. The house also has a full laundry room. A large mudroom close to the bathroom offers lots of space for whatever gear you are packing. Home features central AC and heat for your comfort, and a natural gas BBQ. Kitchen contains all basic appliances, dishes and cookware. In the summer, guests have access to the shed to store your bikes or other outdoor gear. The shed contains various sporting equipment for your use along with some bikes and beach accessories. In the fall/winter, hunters and ice fishers can rent the double heated garage for an additional $50/night. Please indicate if you would like to rent the garage when booking. Open floor space in the garage is approximately 14x20 feet. Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Security camera are installed on the outside of the house and monitor and shed, garage and driveway. Monthly rates only available during fall/spring seasons, inquire for details Guest access In the summer, guests have access to the entire house and the shed which contains a variety of extra camp chairs, sports balls & some beach equipment for your use. In the winter, guests have access to the entire house and can rent the heated double car garage for an extra fee if desired. There is no access to the shed during the winter months. Winter Ice fishing season is Jan through March and is a 4 night minimum stay. Other things to note Water: There is a water tower at the house for your use. Homes in the area are on well water and there are no water advisories. Many people drink the well water but many find the taste too minerally. The water tower is there for your convenience. Guests are responsible to their own water. You can purchase water refills at Matlock Village Junction or Park Place Grocery in Winnipeg Beach.
