Lovely condominium with Swedish stove

Central apartment with elevator, quietly located in a side branch of the pedestrian zone. Restaurants, bars and shopping are right outside the door. The Danube, the Danube Park with mini golf, the leisure and thermal bath with sauna, a gallery and the library are within walking distance. An underground parking space (220 m away, car height max. 1.50 m) can be used on request – please contact us directly after booking The space The apartment is completely at your disposal – except for my bedroom. You can stay in the cozy guest room with a double bed and direct access to the balcony. The living room offers a corner sofa, a large TV, a stereo system and a Swedish stove for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped: with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee pad machine and high-quality stainless steel and Teflon pans. My complete dishes are also available. Sugar and flour are present in small quantities (depending on whether the previous tenant has replenished). For late arrivals or the first thirst, some drinks are available – for a fee. Guest access The apartment on the 3rd floor is easily accessible by elevator or via the staircase. You have access to the entire apartment including balcony – except for my locked bedroom. On the ground floor there is a Red Cross thrift shop. Above the apartment is another condominium. Other things to note Please use the toilet on the left side - it is equipped with a washing machine, a washer-dryer and a fan with an external outlet. The fan must be switched on manually and switches off automatically after about an hour. Since the balcony is directly behind the windows and no proper ventilation is possible through the screen, I ask you not to open the windows but to use the fan. In the adjacent bathroom (on the right, also with toilet), ventilation only makes sense in the direction of the hallway. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the closed balcony, which is accessible from the guest room.
