Located on the second floor, this pleasant 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms flat with large windows that provide plenty of light has been designed to offer you a comfortable, functional and stylish stay. It features two bedrooms: one with a 150x190 cm double bed, and another with two 90x190 cm single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a large window with direct access to the private patio. The living room is equipped with a dining table, flat-screen TV, centralized air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to a second bathroom. The kitchen is modern, fully integrated into the space, and fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Both bathrooms have a shower and include a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap for your comfort—perfect for both short and long stays. Keyless access: enter the building and apartment easily with a digital code, hassle-free. For your enjoyment, the building offers a shared sun terrace and an outdoor (non-heated) pool, open every day of the year from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. There is also a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available to all guests (located in the basement). 🚫 Out of respect for everyone, smoking, making noise, hosting parties or events, and improper use of the facilities are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the guest being held directly responsible for any damage or incident caused. The building is equipped with security cameras in common areas to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests. Guest access We offer an airport transfer service upon request. The rooftop sun terrace with pool is shared and available exclusively to guests staying at Castellar 59. Our Suites apartments include exclusive services such as welcome amenities to enjoy tea or coffee. This is an independent tourist apartment. We are not a hotel or a serviced accommodation. Additional cleaning and other extra services are available upon request and must be booked in advance.
