Large character cottage with swimming pool – up to 25 people – South Ardèche In the heart of a beautiful village of character in South Ardèche, close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, discover this large 200 m² cottage ideal for stays with family, friends or groups. A friendly, spacious and authentic place, designed to share beautiful moments together. The space The cottage can accommodate 15 to 25 people and consists of: Night 🛏️ spaces • 3 master bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 140×190 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with 160×190 cm double bed (one with 90×190 cm bunk bed) – sleeps 8 • 1 large dormitory bedroom with 8 single beds (4 boxes of 2) • 1 mezzanine with 5 single beds 🚿 Sanitary facilities • 3 bathrooms • 3 toilets (including 2 separate) 🛋️ Living spaces • Large 33 m² living room with TV, desk and 2 sofa beds • Huge 43 m² friendly kitchen with central island and dining area for up to 20 people 🌞 Outside • 450 m² garden • Above-ground pool • Grill • Garden furniture and deckchairs Amenities: Internet – TV – dishwasher – washing machine – oven – microwave – coffee makers (filter + Senseo) – refrigerators with freezer – toaster. ⚠️ Important Things to note: • Main access via stone staircase (40 steps) • Second spiral staircase serves the garden and pool • Accommodation not suitable for PRM and very young children Guest access • Location: on the square of a classified village, facing a historic church • Nearby: coffee shop, grocery store with bread • Activities: Ardèche Gorges, Pont d'Arc, canoeing, hiking, swimming, biking, medieval villages, festivals Safety & rules • Unsupervised pool • Respect for the neighborhood: no outdoor parties after 10 p.m. • Pet friendly Cleaning Cleaning fee required. The cottage must be returned in good condition: dishes tidy, trash cans emptied, furniture in place. The cleaning fee covers general cleaning. In case of accommodation left very dirty, additional charges may be applied.
