It is a central town and very close to City of Stirling. The space ‘The Annexe’ is accessed from a private drive with secure parking. The apartment is an open plan design comprising of a spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. Quality pots, pans and glass ware. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine all provided. There is a dining area and a sofa bed should you wish to travel with friends or another family member. The bathroom is a private wet room design comprising of shower, washbasin and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The adjacent bedroom has a King size bed with fresh white linen. There is ample hanging and storage space for clothing etc. There are two Smart televisions in the apartment. Heating and hot water is controlled by the Hive system. Please note that there is no washing machine, but laundry can be done by private arrangement. Guest access There is a private drive for one vehicle and free off street parking. There are ample forest walks nearby and the small town of Bridge of Allan has free parking but is also a short walk from The Annexe. There is an abundance of accessible walks in the area and directly from the apartment. Other things to note Bridge of Allan lies in the central belt of Scotland and is a one hour train journey or car drive to any of our major cities. Whether you are a Foodie, a rambler, interested in wildlife, a Theatre buff or here to visit family or friends, Bridge of Allan and Stirling can offer all of this and more.
