Charming house with private pool in a genuine Greek village

Perfect accommodation if you are a large family or two families. 12 people can sleep. 4 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living rooms, on 2 floors. The house was built in 1974, recently renovated, lovely patios, large outdoor kitchen, pergola and private pool. There are 2 minimarkets, cafés, a restaurant and a pharmacy in the village. Nafplio is 4 km away, there is a bus there. Taxi costs €10. Wonderful city with harbor. Nightlife for the younger ones. Lots of restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is 4.5 km. There is another beach in Tolo. The space The entire house, 136 sqm divided into two floors, is available. The village is called Lefkakia, four kilometers from Nafplio. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. Then there is a smaller bedroom with 160 cm double bed, wardrobe, exit directly to the outdoor terrace. Living room with sofa bed, 140 cm, very comfortable. As well as a small kitchen and large kitchen table for 12 people. Toilet with shower. Upstairs, there are two smaller bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other bedroom has a 180 cm bed. Closets in both bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed, very comfortable, 140 cm wide, with a wardrobe and a refrigerator. There's also a travel bed for smaller children. You reach the second floor via stairs outdoors. The toilet up there has a bathtub and washing machine. Large private parking opposite the house. Balcony on both the front and back of the house. 2 air conditioners, one on each floor and 1 extra in the Master bedroom downstairs. The pool is 8x4 meters, private, 1.50 meters deep! Only you will use it. Cleaned by the pool guy every Monday. There are 10 sunbeds and regular chairs. On the patio at the back, there are tables and chairs for 12 people. Of course, parasols and a wonderful pergola! We have an outdoor kitchen, equipped with a stove, induction plate, sink, small oven, sandwich grill and regular charcoal grill. There are three cafés to enjoy a good cup of coffee or a beer. We have a proper Greek restaurant in the village as well as a pizza place, perfect to pick up lunch or dinner. Breakfast available for purchase and take home. There is a bus to Nafplio or to the beach in Tolo. Both Nafplio and Tolo have restaurants, bars, disco. In the harbor town of Vivari, there are cozy restaurants, nice to have lunch or dinner. Rental car is recommended. We ourselves like to drive to one of the beaches in the morning, eat lunch there and then drive home to the pool in the afternoon. Other things to note Included are bed linens, towels for shower, pool and beach, kitchen towels. There is also soap, shampoo, conditioner.
