The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms (1 of which is on the ground floor), a modern bathroom including a bathtub, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy a huge garden (850 m²) with several seating areas and a private Jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing mornings or long evenings under the stars. The villa is located in a quiet park with free access to a tennis court, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool & jeu de boules courts.
