Lovely home with parking in St. Ives - sleeps 5

Get away from the hubbub of central St. Ives & relax in my quiet, chilled-out home just 20 mins walk from the seafront. Off-street parking for 1 car, quick access to the coast road & A30 to explore this beautiful region & numerous beaches. Sunny garden with sofa to relax in. Our house is bright & spacious. Excellently equipped kitchen, separate dining space in the sunny conservatory. Large lounge with corner sofa. Kingsize, double & single bedrooms. Walk-in power-shower. Modern amenities. The space Our house is light, airy and spacious and is perfect for families, couples or friends looking for a break in Cornwall. It is stylishly furnished with a large, comfy corner sofa where you can kick back and watch Prime. The brand new kitchen is better equipped than "face-less" bespoke rentals as we love to cook. There is a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer however please note that there is no dishwasher. There is an outside tap for washing down wetsuits. Opening up from the kitchen is a sunny conservatory with a dining table for five. There is also a leather sofa providing an alternative chill-out space. Views of the sea from the conservatory and top of the house. There is a south-facing garden with a decked area and seating. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed, ample storage and modern reading chair. The second boutique-style bedroom offers an equally restful double bed, drawer and hanging space. There is a simple, single bedroom giving plenty of sleeping options. The house sleeps up to 5 guests. All bedding, pillows, towels and quilts are from high quality shops and will ensure a very comfortable stay. The shower-room and toilet is downstairs. An impressive, hotel standard walk-in shower with nightlights, heated mirror and shaving socket. Drawer space is available for guests in the sink unit. All bedding and towels are provided. Please note that there are no stair gates (kid-friendly safety measures) so if booking for very young families, you will need to be mindful of this (the staircase is steep and there is a glass round dining table). Guest access Parking is notoriously difficult and expensive in St. Ives, however I have a private drive that accommodates two cars. As I am located at the top of St. Ives, it is easy for guests to access the Coast Road and the A30 without having to go through the centre of town. It's a pleasant 15-20 min. walk downhill to the beaches and town centre, but please note "what goes down, must come up!" There is also a bus available that stops about 50 meters away that can shuttle you back and forth into town should you require this. 20 minute walk to the St Ives to Zennor South West Coast Path as featured in the Salt Path book.
