The space Studio Jurerê 4 was set up with care by a family for their own use and also to share the experience of being on Magic Island with exclusivity, comfort and convenience with special people. The Studio was fully furnished, with air-conditioning, new 200-thread-count linens. It has a double bed (queen) and a double sofa bed. Perfect studio for a couple or a small family, accommodating 4 people very comfortably. Guest access It has a parking space and a very quiet street. The height of the garage is 2.15 meters, ideal for medium-sized cars. Garage access: The control for the electronic gate to access the garage is located inside the Studio. Please pick up the control before parking the vehicle in the underground garage. Condominium common areas: Guests have access to the condominium's common areas, such as the pool. However, the fitness center, ballroom, and game room are not available to guests.
