It is equipped with an air conditioner for those hot summer nights. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. There is a comfortable 3 seater couch and a Smart TV in the lounge. There is a small balcony with chairs to enjoy a sundowner! The kitchen has a washing machine, oven and 4 plate hob , microwave, a large fridge and a nutri bullet blender for delicious smoothies! The Bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads to choose from! The apartment is equipped with fibre wifi. Fast and uncapped. There is a desk that can be set up for guests needing to work. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment as well as a secure parking bay. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : There has been NO loadshedding in Cape Town for over a year. Hopefully this is the end of loadshedding!!! There is a UPS that keeps the WiFi working during loadshedding . There is a gas plate for heating up food and there are a number of loadshedding lights to use.
