Located on the ground floor and easily accessible, it's equipped with everything you need for short and medium stays: heater, water purifier, equipped kitchen, and home office desk. Access to panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. Safe and local neighborhood! The space Our apartment overlooks the internal patio and is located on the ground floor. It is therefore easily accessible from the main road, even if you bring very heavy suitcases with you. It offers a large window onto the patio. The lighting inside is limited, but our guests can enjoy a coffee in the open air at the garden tables in the patio or on the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. It has a relaxation area with TV and sofa and a small but well-equipped kitchen (microwave, gas hob, kettle and coffee maker). We also have a water purifier so you don't have to buy plastic bottles in the shops! The sleeping area includes two bedrooms located at the back: one double and one single. In the large room you will find a premium mattress and a very large wardrobe. In the small room there is a small wardrobe, a desk for working and access to a small laundry room, for hanging clothes and washing by hand. In the well-ventilated bathroom, you will find a large shower with 24/7 hot water (gas) and white cotton towels.
