This property is located in a private gated community 45 minutes from Guadalajara, in the La Noria de los Tres Reyes area of the reserve, 70 meters from the lagoon. The atmosphere is family-oriented and quiet. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor; it has a bunk bed with 3 single beds and a queen-size bed, as well as a queen-size sofa bed. The second bedroom is on the upper floor and is identical to the first one described. The third bedroom is also upstairs and has a bunk bed with three single spaces and a queen-size bed. The house has a full bathroom upstairs, and two more bathrooms downstairs. Guest access Once inside, you can access and use the entire property. The pool is heated automatically for 7 hours a day, and it is programmed to operate until 6:00 pm.
