Modern and comfortable house on a quiet residential street in a great location, 25 minutes walk from York train station and York city centre and right next to the race course. Perfect for enjoying a weekend in York. Parking for 2 cars available on the driveway and a small garden to enjoy. The space We live in the house so it has a homely feel. It is fully cleaned and sanitised before guests stay and we only rent out when we are away so you'll still have the house to yourselves. You will have access to the spare room, a bathroom, kitchen, and comfy lounge/dining room. We also have a small garden which is perfect for enjoying a sunny day. Guest access Off street parking is available for 2 cars. We are a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are bus stops close by. We are only 20-30 minutes walk from the city centre too so if you don't have a car it's no problem to get around. Other things to note Please note the fire is not in use unfortunately.
