Welcome to our lovely chic and sunny apartment! A place with baroque touch and cozy atmosphere. Situated in a very quiet district, yet close to the city center (500 m), big supermarkets (shopping plaza at 900 m distance), and main roads. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate adventure-seekers, business travelers, and families. We would love to have you as our guests and help make your stay unforgettable. Discounts for weekly and monthly stays. The space Fully equipped apartment with all amenities that you might need. The heating system is with a gas installation, except in the bedroom, where we have a modern air conditioner. All windows have blinds, the bedroom has additionally blackout curtains. Bedroom: antique wooden furniture, bed with very comfortable new mattress, big wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning. Livingroom: comfortable couch that transforms into a bed, TV, audio system, book library, drawers for storage or clothes. Kitchen: fully equipped space with kitchen utensils, small oven, kettle, microwave, small table and two chairs. Dining area: refrigerator, big table with 6 chairs. Bathroom, toilet, separate space for the washing/drying machine. Additionally: standing cable less vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, wet clothes hanger, big window balcony that will be renovated at a point in time. For our smallest guests we provide baby highchair and toys. Upon availability, we can provide a also crib. To have it sweeter, our compliment to you are fruits and some sweets. :) Guest access Entire unit at your disposal. Other things to note Check-in 3 PM (15:00) Check-out 11 AM (11:00) 1. There is free street parking with lots of available space. 2. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. 3. As it is a residential building, no loud noise is allowed during official resting hours - 10 PM (22:00) to 8 AM (08:00) and 2 PM (14:00) to 4 PM(16:00). 4. Check-in/check-out: A late check-out until 5 PM is possible in case there are no upcoming guests on the same day, for a fee of 10 EUR. An early check-in is also possible, free of charge, in case there are no guests checking-out that day.
