Nearest beaches are Perran Sands, Holywell Bay and 20 min. drive to Newquay. Lodge Includes Utility room with washing machine and sink. Open plan living and dining area with two sofas, armchair, electric fire, TV Dining table and chairs, and two bar stools. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, wine cooler, microwave, toaster. Fully equipped kitchen for 6 people. Main bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe leading to ensuite shower room. Spacious twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside gated decking with hot tub and dining table and chairs. Spiral stair case leading to roof terrace with panoramic views of countryside. Sun loungers available to use. Guest access Has its own free parking next to the lodge. Other things to note Bedding and towels provided. Dog friendly. A charge of £25 for dogs No Smonking within 5 meters of the lodge.
