Beautiful stone house located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, just 40 minutes from the landing beaches/war museums/American cemetery. Completely renovated to welcome you in a pleasant and warm setting. You will have the entire house as well as an independent garden designed for you to have fun and share barbecues with family and friends. The space On the ground floor you will have: A kitchen equipped with a filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer, cutlery, pots, dishes/crepe pan. A living room with sofa/TV and DVD player. A bedroom composed of a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser with an adjoining shower room. A second bedroom consisting of a 2-seater sofa bed with bultex mattress for your comfort and a cupboard to store your belongings. In the back kitchen there is a laundry room (with washing machine) and toilet. On the floor that is accessible only from the outside, a separate master suite with shower room and toilet. The garden is fully at your disposal equipped with garden furniture/barbecue/parasol/2 sun loungers/2 slides/1 trampoline/1 hut for children. We provide you with toys/board games for different ages: books/dinette/dolls/Peppa Pig toys... For your comfort, sheets and towels can be provided upon request when you book. They will be paid on site. (10 euros per bed). Housekeeping fees are included in your booking, so we can make sure you have a clean place to stay. Baby equipment: high chair/umbrella bed and plastic bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with an insert fireplace. Wood is not provided but you can get it from nearby shops. free wifi available Guest access Line and Jean Pierre (my in-laws) will welcome you upon arrival to hand you the keys from 4 p.m. They live in the adjoining house. Park up to 3 vehicles for free in your driveway. Geographical location: the house is just a 3-minute drive from the village of Cerisy, which offers all amenities: 2 bakeries, a butcher shop, a Cocci Market, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bank. 10 minutes by car there is also a Carrefour Market and a gas station. The nearest beach is in Hauteville, 20 minutes away You will also be 15-minute drive from Coutance 40 minutes from Granville and the landing beaches 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel Other things to note Free Wi-Fi available. The bedroom with bathroom and toilet located upstairs is accessible only from the outside at the back of the house. This gives you total independence. Line and Jean Pierre, my in-laws, live in the adjoining house. They have chickens and goats. You will be immersed in the countryside in the middle of the fields between tractors and farm animals.
