Guests can access all common areas (swimming pool and gym). Some amenities must be purchased directly at reception, such as a restaurant (breakfast) and laundry. Other things to note No pets allowed. Please do not insist. No smoking, candles, or incense (even on the balcony). The balconies do not have protective screens and there are gaps in the doors/windows (not suitable for children). No parties allowed. Guests must have prior authorization from the host. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No customer service allowed in the apartment. No disposing of trash in the hallway or common areas. Stains/damages to bedding: replacement of the damaged item will be charged. Lost or broken keys: R$ 50.00. Broken items: replacement will be charged. Guests under 18 years old who are not accompanied by a legal guardian must present written authorization from the parents, including the complete details of the accompanying adult (name, ID, and relationship), signed and notarized or validated through gov. br, as required by law. Otherwise, access will be denied at reception (as established by MTur Ordinance No. 177, dated September 13, 2011).
