This beachfront property offers direct access to a peaceful, secluded beach, a community pool, tennis, and basketball courts, swings, a pay laundry room, and gated access. All rooms in our villa are equipped with air conditioning The space Our recently remodeled, sun-filled villa offers an open-concept kitchen and living room, with an optional indoor hammock lounging off of the walls on either side of the sofa. The patio is designed for entertaining and features a large table & chairs for 6, and a parilla (outdoor grill) so you can cook your meals al fresco while overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The beach is conveniently located just steps off of the back patio and offers breathtaking mountain views and spectacular sunsets Other things to note The beach can get pretty rocky (but it's just as you are entering the water), so water shoes are recommended. There's also the opportunity for beach walks and parts of that walk can be obstructed by a palm tree or two you might need to walk over, so the shoes will be helpful there as well. Don't let that deter you, though!
