Cranage Nook - Rural Annexe For 2 near Knutsford

Cranage Nook is a self contained guest suite for 2, situated in the grounds of our family home on a country lane. Perfect for a short break away, The Nook is 7 mins by car from Knutsford & wedding venues including Colshaw Hall. The Nook has a large lounge area with kitchenette, double bedroom & shower room, an outdoor patio and elevated deck space over a stream & country views. We offer secured gated parking, broadband, with an extensive Sky TV package as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney+. The space Large lounge area including large sofa (not a sofa bed and not available to be slept upon) armchair recliner, oversized coffee table, large sideboard (for guests’ use) and a kitchenette area with full sized under counter fridge (including freezer compartment), kettle, toaster and microwave. Crockery, cutlery, condiments provided. Bedroom with double bed, comfort mattress (all bedlinens provided) full length floor to ceiling window with views over the countryside. Individual bedside lighting and hanging space, additional cooling fan available for bedroom if required in summer months. Compact yet airy modern shower room comprising of WC, sink, shower cubicle, hanging hooks. Guest access Access to 10m length of balustrade decking raised above a stream, overlooking the fields and farmland, and a semi-private patio area with astro-turf and outdoor seating. The patio area and astro turf outside the Nook is partitioned by a hedge and is for the sole use of guests. Other things to note Please note for safety reasons we cannot host children under 12 or infants. The sofa in the lounge is not a sofabed and is not intended/permitted to accommodate sleeping guests, or additional guests/minors. Smoking and vaping is forbidden inside the Nook and incurs an automatic £50 additional cleaning fee. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we simply ask that guests leave The Nook as they found it (remove rubbish and wash any dirty crockery/kitchen items). We offer secured gated parking for up to two cars, with a security camera overlooking the entire driveway and main garden (not the Nook itself). Please advise us if your vehicle is very large (for access purposes). We do not provide charging for electric vehicles but can provide details of nearby charging locations. We have a sloping driveway which may make if difficult for anyone with a lower profile suspension type of motor vehicle. We are happy to discuss alternative options should this be an issue.
