The villa is located in Älta, Nacka, a cozy picturesque area where several natural areas are nearby with the possibility of swimming, mountain biking & lovely forest walks. Swimming areas such as Hellasgården, Flatenbadet and Älta Lake. On the backside of the house there is a lovely large patio with gas and charcoal grill, as well as a newly-built pool and trampoline. Getting into Stockholm city takes about 20 minutes and is easy with both bus and car.
