Guest access The guests have full access to the living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen which is shared with the host, There is a balcony on the lower level with an amazing sea view. The guest quarters are private on the second floor with a balcony off the bedroom and an upper deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a table for dining. A washing machine is available to guests. However, Fletcher's Laundry and Dry Cleaners is just a few minutes from the house. Parking is available on the property with a gate.
