Other Things to Note This is glamping, not a hotel. ✨ Our wagon is cozy and comfortable, and its magic lies in the proximity to nature 🌲. You may see and hear birds, squirrels, hedgehogs, our cats, chickens, and of course the white horses. Nature is an essential part of the experience. Please note that during extreme winter weather, sauna availability cannot be guaranteed, though we always do our best. There is a separate entrance to the lodges, you have to cross the horse area to get to the lodge. There you have a direct view of the field and garden! One hour from Berlin in the middle of nature. NEW with high-speed internet suitable as a coworking space! Other things to note House rules Dear holiday guests! Our lodges should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the car properly, you will help us to continue to offer satisfactory premises in the future. When you are out and about, please close the windows and doors so that it doesn't rain in! (Unfortunately, any water damage is to be borne in full by the guest) Smoking is not permitted in the car, please use the garden and an ashtray. Kitchen: If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us in confidence. All things that are in the car and in the garden or belong to it can and should be used by the guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the car with care. Since a dirty kitchen doesn't please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a coaster. Please always use a cutting board for cutting. We provide you with a certain basic supply of food in the kitchen. If you use some of it up, the next guests will be happy to have the shelves refilled! Please use the fireplace carefully - we have firewood for €12 per basket. Garden: Please use the grill and fire pit carefully, you are very close to a barn full of hay! Enjoy the presence of the horses but please: DO NOT FEED them! Disposal: Please use trash bags in all trash cans. The waste is sorted into residual waste, glass, paper. Please dispose of the glass yourself; the garbage cans are available for everything else. Damage: Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you reported the damage caused so that we do not only discover it during the final cleaning after you have left. Liability: The landlord is not liable for guests' valuables. You are liable for damage to the car and inventory up to the amount of the replacement costs. The tenant is liable for keys. Arrival and departure: Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to release the trailer by 11 a.m. at the latest. Please note: we charge a flat rate for bed linen, towels and final cleaning as can be seen on Airbnb. When you leave, the car should look the way it was found; of course, we will carry out a final cleaning. By booking the car we assume that the house rules are accepted.
