Perfect place 1min walk from Belvedere, with piano

My flat is located in the center and the embassy-area, right next to the upper entrance of the beautiful Belvedere garden, with convenient access: -1 min from the Belvedere tramway station, -4 min from S-Bahn station, -9 min walk from HBF (directly from the airport) -15-20 min walk to the center with many sights like the opera-house, the Stephansdom. Ideal to enjoy the variety of Vienna! I’m artist(female) speak also japanese and french. I live with my partner who speaks german and russian. The space 1-2 persons can stay in the room. It's the ground-floor, but the room faces the inside of the building then usually quiet and calm. There is a working space. Kettle and teas are provided for you. Hair dryers and towels can be found in the drawers of the work desk. The electric piano is available to play if you want(9am-10pm). Guest access Additionally to the room which is for your own use, you can access to the entrance room, bathroom, and kitchen.
