I suggest you stay in my apartment during my absences.  The apartment is perfectly furnished, it sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room (160 mattress).  The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped for your meals.  The apartment is located very close to the city center, Arceaux district, a few steps from the "Astruc" station. The space The apartment opens onto a furnished entrance.  The living room and kitchen are in a large open space. A bay window, French window, opens onto a large terrace of 12 m2. The exposure is south-facing, the apartment is very bright.  The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals: dishes, glasses, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, multi-function robot, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.  The sleeping area opens onto a hallway with the very spacious bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. And the 2 bedrooms, with comfortable double beds, storage closets.  Bed linen and bath towels are included in the service. Parking: possibility of having a parking space in the basement (deposit: €60 for the remote control in case of breakage or loss/deposit returned at the end of the stay upon return of the remote control). Guest access The apartment is fully available for guests. Spaces are not shared with other people. Other things to note In case of absence, someone will come to welcome you and give you the keys. We will communicate by messaging to agree on the best check-in time. Please avoid late arrivals. A small binder will be available to explain in detail the general functioning of the apartment and the various leisure activities or amenities nearby. End-of-stay cleaning: The cleaning fee is used to cover expenses related to basic necessities, internet and other charges as well as an overall cleaning of the accommodation (and thus give a decent salary to the housekeeper).  I will ask you for a small contribution, leaving a clean kitchen (dishes done), sanitary facilities in a suitable condition and bath towels in the bathtub. I'll take care of the rest...
