Kick back and relax in this 57m2 minimalistic apartment. It's an 800m walk to the ocean, 500m to the Aquarium and you can reach inner Copenhagen by metro in less than 10 minutes. The apt is smart controlled by voice, the interior is all brand new and the wi-fi is incredibly fast. Grocery shopping is only 100m away, the kitchen is new and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. No elevator. There's a new 160x200 bed for 2 people and 1 couch for a 3rd person and/or for relaxation by the TV. The space The apt is very bright and comfortable. The bedroom can be 100% dark with covers for windows. The living/dining room is somewhat spacious and quite minimalistic. Bathroom and kitchen are, like most Copenhagen apartments, small - but designed to move around in. I live in the apt myself, which means it's not a rental unit - it's home. A home for you to enjoy and relax in! Guest access As a guest you have access to all of the apt. Enjoy the furniture, the music (simply say "Hi Go**le, play music") and if you've got your own streaming service accounts - the TV as well. NB: Some of the closet is reserved for my personal belongings. Other things to note I don't have a coffee machine - but I have a very cool kettle and the worlds best carbonator. The house rules about noise after 10 PM are strict, so please don't do any crazy workouts or stepdancing after that time.
