Its style is reminiscent of a bohemian penthouse, but with all the comforts, as it has all been renovated. Guest access It has a main room, hall, breakfast bar, kitchen, full bathroom and two balconies. Other things to note The rent includes the monthly consumption of electricity up to 250 kwh per month (Normal consumption). If the consumption were higher the tenant must pay the difference. The price for each Kwh extra is $200 Argentine pesos approximately.
