Between Evesham and Stratford upon Avon, England. Barn conversion with one bedroom. Available to book now for stays from 1st July 2022. Middle Farm Barn is situated in a quiet picturesque village on the edge of the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Great for walking and cycling. The space Middle Farm Barn is south west facing with an open plan living/dining area opening onto an enclosed secluded patio garden with a pond and a covered well. On the first floor there is a galleried light and airy studio style bedroom with en-suite. Across the lane we have a lovely orchard and paddock which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There is off road parking for one car with further parking in the lane. We don’t have facilities for charging electric vehicles, the nearest EV charging is at Lidl in Evesham a ten minute drive away. The Barn is situated in a small village with the local pub, The Ivy Inn (including a restaurant), a short walk away. There are several footpaths locally and an impressive historic Tithe Barn nearby. A short drive away are many attractions including Broadway, Stratford upon Avon and many National Trust properties (including the ancient Fleece Inn). Nearest shop is 1 mile. This is a strictly no smoking property including the garden. Guest access There is an off road parking space for one car and further parking in the lane. Other things to note There is a feature pond in the enclosed garden.
