12th Tee BnB's 2brm Poolside Villa!

The space 12th Tee BnB offers exclusive Bed and Breakfast, purpose built to create a calm and refreshing environment for you to relax in your own space! You have Tea and Nespresso Coffee and a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, Wi-Fi and FLAT SCREEN TV all to yourself! Also you have your own en-suite, and bedroom with a king sized super comfy bed, all with basic toiletries, linen, iron and ironing board provided for your use. Our Newly opened Villa is a Two Bedroom space with full kitchen offerings, bathroom with separate toilet, and laundry. The Villa sleeps two couples comfortably on Queen beds, and has ample space for roll away's or porta cots. The Villa has a beautiful outdoor area with pool and gardens, and garage parking for one vehicle. Guest access The Suite's are all yours! There is private keyed access, and on site parking for your peace of mind. No Sharing anything for you, perfect for corporate guests or sinlge's that like their privacy. The Villa is only bookable for one family, I do not share accommodation with strangers. You book it, it's yours to use. Other things to note Breakfast is available for $19 per person per day, please be sure to request this optional add on upon booking. A basic welcome breakfast is Complimentary and in your Suite upon arrival including Juice, Milk, Tea, Coffee and Cereals. Pets are welcome UPON REQUEST, we make special efforts with our four legged friends, so this incurs a $20 per suite fee. If pets are found onsite, and we have not been notified/ allowed the $20 option to set up, a full night's accommodation will be required to cover excess cleaning of soft furnishings and carpets. Also we do not do poop, if we have "deposits" left on the grass extra fees will be allocated to your account.
