Renovated in an old farmhouse, "La Grange de Victor" opens its doors for a moment of calm and rest in the countryside, 15 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, Granville, 40 minutes from Dinan... Great place for large families or groups of friends. 3 double bedrooms including one bedroom on the ground floor with its bathroom + toilet and 1 large dormitory on the 2nd floor that can accommodate up to 8 people. 3 bathrooms in all and 4 toilets, equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, 1 freezer The space La Grange de Victor is located in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, in a hamlet away from the road, no traffic noise and no danger to children. the cottage has a play area with foosball, ping-pong table... and a beautiful indoor pool heated from April to the end of September (weather permitting) La Grange de Victor has a capacity of 12 people or even 14 if you use the sofa bed in the dormitory or in the laundry room (summer only) It has a garden in the back of the house overlooking the orchard. Ideally located for walking, cycling or why not on horseback, we are only a 10-min walk from the GR223 also called the Sentier des Douanier or Sentier du Littoral, allow about 2.5-3 hours of walking to reach Mont St Michel. (various hiking guides are available in the cottage) a heated and covered pool awaits you. It is under a building attached to the cottage. Kayak enthusiasts can surf the tidal bore wave (visible during high tides) in Pontaubault (1 km away) or simply stroll along the Sélune. If you like fishing we are very close to the Sélune and Sée rivers known for their salmon. We are between Normandy and Brittany: 30 min from St Malo, 30 min from Granville, 45 min from Coutances (known for its Jazz festival "Jazz under the apple trees" in May). 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. 10 min from Avranches Guest access "Les Saisonnières" is separated into 2 independent cottages: Victor's barn La Petite Madeleine (opening at the end of 2023) the 2 cottages are adjoining and each have their own terrace and private garden. In addition, the Petite Madeleine does not have access to the pool (unless you rent all 2 cottages). Other things to note bed sheets are provided but not towels.
