Paradise for motorcyclists, heated swimming pool

A heated swimming pool (30°) , air conditioning and beds of 1.80 x 2.00m are the main assets of our holiday home in Larée. Surrounded by the vineyards of the Bas-Armagnac in a hamlet of about 10 homes, the house is a very good base to visit important cities such as Eauze, Labastide d'Armagnac or Nogarro. Hikers but also mottards will find something to their liking here. Welcome to the Gers, the best kept secret of France The space The use of towels and sheets is included in the rental price as well as the final cleaning as far as the house is left brush clean. The beds are box springs of 1.80m x 2.00 m. There are four bedrooms, three with annexe-bathroom. The fourth bathroom is on the ground floor. One bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things, a 5-burner gas stove Falcon Classic 110. In the outdoor kitchen with bar there is also a BBQ and refrigerator. Boredom is excluded because there is darts, ping pong table, petanque, cards and board games. Don't forget to bring your dart arrows. Guest access The entire house with the garden is available to guests. The house has three entrances. On the street side is the main entrance with parking for four cars. At the side of the house is a second entrance with large parking for cars, possibly with trailers for the motorcyclists. Other things to note There is TV-Vlaanderen with the main canals. Of course there will be a welcome package for each booking of more than 3 nights.
