Sabai villas is a project completed in August 2021. There are two semi-detached 3-bedroom / 4 bathroom pool villas next to each other. Each villa has its own private pool with bbq and parking. Each villa has complete privacy at all areas. The space On the 1st floor there is kitchen, living room and dinning table at the same open space with a big glass windows, overlooking the outside patio with the swimming pool and place for outdoor dinning with bbq. There is a Guest bathroom as well. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and private balcony, and there is one laundry room with all utilities needed. Guest access There is covered parking for Guest, for 1 car and a few motorbikes. Its possible to park one more car at the street in front of the house. Other things to note Passport copies and damage deposit of 15 000 THB / 500USD / 450 EUR is required upon the check in. Electricity is not included in the price and costs 7 THB / unit. Cleaning is included once per week, extra cleaning is available upon request, charges may apply.
