In the heart of the Nansouty district, this small, detached, renovated stone house will charm you with its exposed stonework, comfort, calm, and location. All necessary shops and restaurants are located 150m away on Nansouty place at the end of the street. Public transport, buses, and trams are nearby. The space The ground floor includes an open kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom with a 150x200 cm bed is on the mezzanine. A small garden separates the studio from our main house in which we live. Cleaning is carried out with the utmost care using suitable and environmentally friendly cleaning products. We provide a complete cleaning of the accommodation (bedroom, shower room, living room, kitchen) and preparation of bed linen and towels. We provide shower towels, kitchen towels, and toiletries. Exclusively for 2 people, the bench seat does not convert to bed. A Bluetooth speaker is available for you to listen to music. We are committed to welcoming you to a clean and tidy home. Please leave it in the same condition. Guest access In front of the studio, a small shaded outdoor space where it is possible to move the table and chairs for meals. The garden that separates the studio from our house is shared for our convenience. Other things to note Access to the studio is from the street via a gate locked at night. A lane leads to the garden where the studio is located. Another locked gate (padlock) overlooks the garden. Please note that there is no washing machine available.
