Passage East is perfectly situated in the heart of eclectic East Atlanta Village, minutes from downtown Atlanta yet in a quiet, established neighborhood. The private suite is adjacent to the park and includes a bedroom, full bathroom, modest kitchen and living room and sleeps four with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Entering the space from the shared front porch, guests are welcomed by a spacious, comfortable living area with cushy seating, neutral tones, filtered light, high ceilings and hardwood floors. The sofa opens to a queen-sized, memory foam bed and sleeps two. Offering many conveniences and amenities, the main bedroom is spacious with a luxurious king-sized bed, sitting chair, dedicated workspace and generous closet with hangers, shelves and an area allocated for luggage. High quality bedding, room darkening / blackout window coverings and televisions with Netflix and additional live channels are provided in the two main rooms. The bathroom is decorated in cool, serene, relaxing tones with traditional black and white ceramic tile floor and offers a massage shower head, fluffy towels, bath toiletries and a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen boasts a vintage double sink, microwave, range, coffee maker, full sized refrigerator and table with seating for four. Modest cookware (basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware) provided for guests to prepare a simple meal. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer are available for guests, as well as a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. There is also a small, stacking washer and dryer in the kitchen and iron and ironing board can be found in the main bedroom closet, or laundry service can be provided from nearby, local launderettes. There is a G00gle Home Mini assistant in the space that you are welcome to use. You can ask to hear some music, get directions, check the weather forecast, set an alarm or play a game. But if you aren’t comfortable with it, feel free to either turn off the mic switch or unplug it. The business district of East Atlanta Village is just a short walk away; home to locally owned shops, farmers market, eateries and pubs and is known for its eclectic, alternative culture, that offers arts, live music, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Centrally located with easy access to highways 75, 85, 20, and downtown Atlanta, Passage East is near all of the well known neighborhoods and attractions that Atlanta has to offer with close proximity to the Atlanta Beltline. Free wi-fi access and parking (both on- and off-street), are provided. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit, with a private entrance. The space is NOT shared but there is another apartment in the building. Bus stop is 0.3 miles away and rail station is a 2.5 mile drive. Other things to note - No parties or pets allowed. - No smoking in the unit. - No packages can be delivered to the address. - No overnight guests that aren’t on the reservation. - The home is a duplex and there is also an AirBnb on the other side.
