We are students at the Federal University of Ouro Preto. Our house is two-story, very spacious, well ventilated and very cozy! Ideal for a couple, friends, small groups or people traveling alone. Located near the historical center of the city (about 2.3 km from Tiradentes Square) and Rosario neighborhood, it is close to supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and bus stop. The space Hello! The space and use of the house is shared with the residents. Once the house is booked, the room is for the guest's private use. During your stay At the time of booking and checking in, the guest will receive a copy of the house keys, most of the time one of the residents will be in the house to receive, guide and keep the guests company. Other things to note Our space does not have a private entrance and bathroom. There is also no parking, but I own a motorcycle and leave it parked at the door of the house, the guests can leave their vehicles at the door of the house quietly, we have never had problems, the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.
