The apartment: It consists of a lounge, two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and bathroom, all with luxury materials and perfect finishing. The apartment is completely exterior with the lounge featuring a beautiful viewpoint from where you will be able to admire the city streets. The lounge has an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and utensils such as blender, toaster, juicer, etc, perfect and impeccable. The lounge is charming and with a nice rectangular shape, fully equipped with sofa, dining table, etc a beautiful space to spend an unforgettable time in our wonderful city. All the flooring throughout the house is light wood except for the kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are both exterior, each with a balcony, the main one with a 150cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds (bunk bed, one is stored underneath the other when not in use). Both with impeccable fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is extremely comfortable with a spacious shower where you can relax. The apartment's atmosphere is welcoming, modern and impeccable whilst being comfortable with all the luxuries you could expect (42" Led Tv, air conditioning, etc) Towels and bed linen are also at your disposal. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking within about 100 metres of the apartment.
