The apartment is on the ground level of a beautiful 1915 heritage home, across the road from a lovely park with a play area for children and tennis courts free to the public. From this attractive hillside property, it's an easy walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, stores and a cinema. THINGS TO DO: From this attractive hillside property, it's an easy walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, stores, and a cinema. You are within minutes of Coogee, The Spot and Randwick. You can do the famous Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk, stopping off to swim or picnic at any of the beautiful beaches along the way. You will pass through Coogee, Clovelly, Gordons Bay, Tamarama and Bondi. Or you can walk south along the coast to Maroubra and the Malabar Headland National Park. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Make your way into the City of Sydney using these quick and easy methods: BUS - B373 bus straight to Sydney CBD. One minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop. LIGHT RAIL - L2 light rail all the way through the City of Sydney to Circular Quay and The Rocks (Sydney Harbour). 15 minute walk from the apartment to the light rail station. PARKING All day free parking on the street. EV CHARGING There are two electric vehicle parking spots across from the house and about 20m down the road where you can charge an electric car. ELECTRIC BIKES You can usually find plenty of electric Lime bikes across the road. AIRPORT International and domestic airports are approximately 15-25 minutes from the house.
