NW Basement Reprieve

Kick back and relax in my private and stylish basement reprieve located in northwest Regina. License LCSTA21-00165 I want your stay to be comfortable and private, or as interactive, as you choose. It is really home away from home feel. Let me and my space be a small piece of your journey. Maybe you're visiting family nearby, travelling through, or working. With easy access off/onto the bypass highway, you'll be: 9min - RCMP 12min - Mosaic Stadium, or Coop Refinery 49min - K&S Bethune mine The space This is a 1-3 person accommodation providing a bright, clean, and 'at home' feel. The basement is your private reprieve space. One bedroom (queen bed) with lots of closet and drawer space, and HUSH duvet and sham coverings. One single cot (36 x 80 x 3) is available on request. Open kitchen area has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar-height island that can be used as a workstation or dining table with an electrical plug. The living room includes an electric heated fireplace to cozy up for a movie. Backing a park, the backyard patio is available to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or an evening breeze. An outdoor outlet for charging your laptop or phone. The backyard is a shared living space (with me) during April to late October months. The laundry room is available for seven, or more, day stays only. There is also one alarm protected storage room not available to guests. Guest access Parking is in front of my home and on the same side of the street. Guests will enter through the front door using a keyless entry assigned code. Front patio and bistro table set is for your convenience while waiting on a ride, coffee, or enjoying the sun. Backyard patio/pergola space may be shared with me (and my cats) during your stay. Guests may enter using the front gate. The pergola lights are on a scheduled timer to enjoy the evenings. Other things to note Central air and heat are controlled on the main floor and on my phone. Message me for adjustments to the temperature. A portable fan and heater have been made available for those who like it a bit cooler or warmer. The fireplace also has a heating fan. Remove your footwear before proceeding to the lower level to maintain all flooring, especially the stairs. This is a shared entrance during the winter months. The second bed is a large cot.
