Kasinha Azul in Florianópolis - Campeche Beach

Kasinha is an accommodation of approximately 16m², comfortable and less than 500m from Campeche Beach, (it is worth mentioning that it is not in Central Campeche). 9 km from Lagoa da Conceição, 8.8 km from the airport and 15 km from the Center. Kasinha has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, hammock and small barbecue. There is a private gate, but the car is parked in a shared patio with the owners. NOTE: Due to the small space, we are not accepting large pets. The space Kasinha is a private space, but it is on the same plot of land as my house. Parking is shared on the same lot. It is approximately 16m², has a double bed, minibar, cutlery and towels. There is a balcony and barbecue available. Here we have pets, a dog and 3 cats. You may see some of them walking on the wall, but they don't enter Kasinha, just like the dog. In the back of the Kasinha there is a little gate that gives access to the backyard of my house where you can access it to use the shower and remove the vehicle. Guest access Campeche is a very large and constantly growing neighborhood. The beach is one of the longest, connecting to Joaquina and Morro das Pedras, and is about 10 km long. Kasinha is located in the part of Campeche that is under development. It has nearby markets as well as foodpaks and leisure areas, it is a quiet and not very busy neighborhood. Other things to note Near Praia do Campeche, heading south, there are a few more beaches to discover, such as Morro das Pedras, Caldeirão, Armação, Matadeiro, Lagoinha do Leste, Pântano do Sul, Açores, Solidão... The late afternoon in Ribeirão da Ilha is spectacular and worth every second. Finally, there will always be someone at the house, my husband and I work nearby and my son is usually at home.
