Charming apartment with wonderful ocean and mountain views. It is located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute drive from Torrox-Costa beach and the Mediterranean highway. Its strategic location makes visiting the surroundings easier. Take into account the proximity to the white villages of the Axarquía such as Torrox, Competa, Frigiliana and more, we also have Nerja and the cliffs of Marojusto next door. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, we have a crib and high chair for a baby and also a folding bed (MAX 5 people in total). The living room has a sofa and two armchairs, a SMART TV, table with chairs. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need for cooking, in the front south, south/east orientation there is a large terrace with ocean view, awning and light, with outdoor table and chair. The bathroom has a shower and a window. The bedrooms and common area have air conditioning and also a heater for the winter. All windows have mosquito screens. Guest access Private parking space next to the house, private patio and terrace. The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the local bus stop and a 10-minute walk from Torrox-Costa bus station. We are also just minutes away from several bars, restaurants, and supermarkets such as: Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Dia, and El Jamon. Other things to note This is a DUPLEX house, with separate entrances, my family and I live on the floor below. We have an older puppy, a labrador cross and also a kitten, who stay on our side of the house.
