The space Surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, beautifully laid out and equipped with a generously sized private pool, 74sqm (6 x 12m) accompanied by a poolside bar, a large stone BBQ and a dining area in a spacious garden, ideal for preparing delicious meals with your loved ones while enjoying a glass of our homemade red-wine or your own cocktail creations! As the owners, Zissis and Gina, we stay on the ground floor and are available to help with your queries or recommend places to go, ensuring that every need is catered for, so you can sit back, relax and unwind in the beautiful village of Kato Gerakario, Zakynthos. For those appreciating having their own space and privacy, be sure that we are more than happy to do so. During your stay you will have private access on the 1st and 2nd floor from a safe, marble staircase that leads straight on the 1st floor, where you will find upscale amenities with traditional touches, such as 4K TV, air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen next to a dining area, a living area with a fireplace, a utility/storage room with washing machine and steam iron, and a patio with an 8-seat table where you can relax to the view of the pool and the vineyard. The 1st floor also houses 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom just as the 2nd floor does. Large balconies run in every side of the villa keeping it very bright but also sheltered from the warm Mediterranean sun. The villa has a private entrance and free, private parking. Guest access You will have access to the first and second floor of the property during your stay. The property is gated and there is a private parking garage. Other things to note The nearest beach, Amoudi is only an 8 min drive or a 15 min ride by bicycle. The closest resort is Alykanas village where you will find, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM machines, car and boat rentals, bars and restaurants.
