Pets are also allowed and an extra cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged. Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, teapot, cutlery set, pans, pots, glasses. Pool dimensions: 6 m x 3 m, depth 1.50 m. The pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool. Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, dining table and chairs by the pool. Parking: Private parking is available. Important Information: 1. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and all rooms have ceiling fans for cooling. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room. 2. The last 1 km before our villa is a stabilized dirt road. The parking lot is 50 m from the entrance of the house. 3. Since Faralya is far from the center, it is recommended to come by car. A minibus leaves from Fethiye bus station to this area every hour. Small markets in the region may not be able to provide services, especially during the off-season. Internet: There is Wi-Fi for internet access in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to service providers and excessive user load due to the busy season. Our service: Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Our guests are welcomed by our team and the villa is handed over with the keys. During your stay, you can get support from us without hesitation about anything, including information about the area. A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems after the checks are made at the exit, it is refunded. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 100 euros is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and items of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
