There are 2 houses on the property exclusively for vacation rentals. The houses are PRIVATE (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom). The only shared space is the outdoor area (pool and leisure area). We are located just 2 km away from the sands of Pinheira beach or Guarda do Embaú beach (20 min on foot). WELCOME! The space Our house was prepared to offer a comfortable and practical stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, electric kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and other utensils needed for preparing meals. The bedrooms have a Smart TV and a fan. We also provide bed linens and pillows. For greater transparency, we inform you that we do not provide bath and face towels. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. The house is for the exclusive use of the guests. Only the courtyard is shared with the guests of the other house located on the same property. In this common area are the swimming pool, the leisure area with barbecue, the parking space and a tub with clotheslines, ideal for washing and drying beach clothes, such as bikinis, swimsuits, swim trunks, towels and other light items. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the reserved house for the duration of the stay, ensuring privacy and comfort. In addition, you can use the parking lot, the swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and the leisure area with barbecue, which are shared with the guests of the other house located on the same property. All rooms are on the ground floor, providing practical and comfortable access. Other things to note Important information We want you to have a comfortable stay without any surprises. Before booking, please read the listing description and house rules carefully. * The property has two independent houses on the same property. Each accommodation has its own privacy, but some outdoor areas are shared. * The pool (8 x 4 m) and the leisure area with barbecue are shared between the two houses. We ask for common sense and respect so that everyone can enjoy these spaces in a pleasant way. * There is ample free parking located on the property. * Small pets are welcome. We only ask that they be supervised and that their owners collect the waste and take care of the property. * All the spaces in the house are on the ground floor, making access and movement easy. * To ensure comfort, safety, and good coexistence among all, access to the property is exclusive to the guests listed in the reservation. No visitors are allowed during the stay, even for a short time. As the leisure areas are shared, we limit the number of guests to preserve the tranquility and comfort of everyone. * No parties or events are allowed, and we ask that you respect the quiet hours for everyone's comfort.
