Cozy apartment in the heart of Surfers

Welcome to my cozy little apartment in Surfers Paradise. Within walking distance from the shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, public transport and of course the beautiful beach - you will love it! **(Unfortunately the building has a no schoolies policy so I won’t be able to accept schoolies reservations 18/11 - 3/12)** The space After two years offline due to a longer term rental, my cozy little apartment is making a return to Airbnb. Some major improvements include faster internet, new furniture, and a very big TV. This is the best possible location you could ask for on the Gold Coast. It’s 50m from the beach, and it’s on the main entertainment street (Orchid). There are countless dining options just outside the front door. Kick back with some drinks on the balcony overlooking the famous Orchid avenue, or cuddle up on the couch and watch a film. There is a heated pool, spa, sauna, and (mini) tennis court that you can use as well. Car park available Please make use of the following: - Kitchen with all necessary utensils - 55’ Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Chromecast. - Complete laundry (including washing powder for the washing machine) - Tea & Coffee - Books & Boardgames - WIFI - Beach towels provided Guest access You will be able to access the apartment buildings swimming pool, spa, sauna, and tennis court. Just don't lose the key! Other things to note For guests staying in late November/ early December, you should be aware that 'schoolies' is held over that time.
