The space The house has guest rooms located on the second floor, with a separate entrance, which provides greater privacy and comfort during the stay. It is a wooden house from the 60s, with local character and traditional southern Chilean style, located in a consolidated residential neighborhood of Puerto Varas. Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen, available 24 hours a day, as well as the washing machine and space in the refrigerator. Its excellent location allows you to walk around the city, without the need for transportation, as it is only 3 blocks from downtown, close to the casino, restaurants, shops and the lake. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask. We will always be available to help you and make sure you enjoy a comfortable and authentic stay. Guest access The common areas are located on the second floor, in a space completely adapted for guests, designed to provide comfort and privacy during the stay, which can be seen in the photographs of the publication. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, available 24 hours a day, with space to store food in the refrigerator, plus use of a washing machine. The guest area has two bathrooms, which can be shared depending on availability. For a good coexistence, it is requested to respect the quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, and to be empathetic in the use of the common areas, so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant and quiet stay. The property is located in a 1960s residential neighborhood, steps from the lake and the main tourist attractions, which allows you to walk without the need for transportation. During your stay The property is managed by a host and a co-host, who will be available to respond quickly through the app. In addition, we can gladly provide recommendations on places to visit and how to get around the area. The idea is to make each guest feel comfortable and make their stay as pleasant as possible, either through the app or in person when necessary. Other things to note 🚗 Parking Free parking is available outside the property, on a safe and quiet street, so you can park without any problems. 🧳 Luggage We offer the possibility of receiving luggage before check-in and storing it after check-out for added convenience.
