Typical renovated Auvergne house in Vic-sur-Cère. Treat yourself to a quiet getaway in our 140 m² little corner of paradise located in the heart of Cantal, in Vic-sur-Cère. Great for families or groups of friends, our house combines the charm of the old with modern comforts. The space Layout and occupancy The house is divided into two units: 1. Part one • Main entrance where there is a space to store your shoes, coats and laundry. • Upstairs: an isolated bedroom (with steep stairs) with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, (perfect for a couple or a teenager looking for more tranquility). 2. Second part Ground floor: living room with fireplace (wood provided), equipped kitchen, pantry and separate toilet. Upstairs: • 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 x 200. • 1 children's/teens' bedroom with a bunk bed (140 x 190 at the bottom, 90 x 190 at the top), games and books. • Bathroom with toilet. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, extra beds are available: baby cot, sofa bed, floor mattress and sofa bed in the living room. The house can accommodate up to 13 people, but given the presence of only one bathroom and in order to ensure optimal comfort for all, it is preferable to come only 9. In order to let each guest do as they see fit, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. However, we offer the option "Beds made on arrival" at the rate of 10 euros per bed, and a towel kit (1 large, 1 small and 1 glove) at the rate of 5 euros per person. Outdoor spaces and location: • 600 m² enclosed garden with terrace, perfect for relaxing, eating outdoors or taking a nap in the hammock facing the mountain. • Located in a peaceful setting, just a 10-minute walk to downtown Vic-sur-Cère (shops, children's park, mini-golf, municipal pool, pedal cars, hiking trails). • Train station accessible in 5 min walk downhill. • Winter: Lioran ski resort 15-20 min drive. • Summer: ideal place for many hikes, activities for children (inflatable structures), friendly evenings at the La Pommeraie campsite (shows, local specialties). Highlights: • Ideal house to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature or by the fireplace and admire the stars at night. • Easily accessible by car (provide chains in case of snow in winter). • Optional bed linen and towel rental. We will be delighted to welcome you between mountains and authenticity in our warm family home. Other things to note In order to avoid any abuse, we inform you that in the event of excessive electricity consumption, a surcharge may be applied. This concerns in particular the charging of electric vehicles on the house network, which must be reported in advance. In addition, the heating is regulated by a thermostat to ensure optimal comfort and reasonable consumption. Please do not change its setting or move it.
