New studio, "La Ratonnière" Giens Peninsula

Our 21 m2 studio "La Ratonnière", at the port of La Madrague, is ideally located between sea and hill to make you enjoy all the activities offered on our magnificent Peninsula: beaches, hikes, coves, boat and kayak rentals, diving club, restaurants, all within a few meters. Ideal for 2 people, this new air-conditioned studio and its small outdoor area offer you all the comforts you need for a good vacation. The space Studio composed of a living space with open kitchen, table, chairs, BZ sofa, bathroom with shower, furniture with sink and toilet. A closet completes the set. Wifi, TV, dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the common area. It is divided into 2 studios, a 2-room as well as our home. So it's important to respect the other residents. No pets allowed. Parties are forbidden as are additional guests. Non-smoking accommodation, please smoke outdoors. The dedicated outdoor dining area is separate but being located near the entrance it serves the other 2 rentals.
