The space TwoTenº Surf Home is your home away from home, located just 20 meters from the beach and a short walk to Popoyo’s famous surf break. TwoTen° Surf Home is the ultimate getaway for surfers and adventure seekers. Our beachside property combines modern comforts with the raw beauty of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast. TwoTen is a charming beachside property composed of 4 bungalows, with a garden just 50 steps from Guasacate beach. Our beach houses are fully equipped with everything you need for your surf & chill vacation: sleep under palm leaf roof, cook in your fully equipped kitchen, and chill on your private terrace with shaded hammocks –perfect for recharging after a day on the waves. Popoyo is a surf haven, offering consistent breaks for all levels — from mellow beginner waves to world-class barrels. Beyond surfing, the area is rich in natural beauty, with nearby tidal pools, stunning sunsets and other activities in the area such as yoga, beach tennis, volleyball, and live music. Guest access In your own bungalow you will have everything you need including a desk, kitchen table, sofa, board racks, yoga mat, fans, and bathroom. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (stove/refrigerator/toaster/blender/coffee maker). The garden space within the property is communal, providing an area to sunbathe or stretch. We also have an outdoor shower for your convenience, when returning from the beach. Free parking within the property is available. Guests will have access to the beach through a very short pathway. Across the road from TwoTen’s main entrance there is a small market/convenience store, and within walking distance there are many restaurants where you can find thai food, burgers, vegetarian food, pizza, Nicaraguan food and more. We are also walking distance from some activities, bars, and surf spots. Other things to note The magical quality of Playa Guasacate where we’re located is that it’s a rustic, uncrowded, beach town that attracts visitors from around the world. It is still underdeveloped, however you can get a taste of the authentic Nicaraguan experience. * ATM: Please note there’s no ATM machine within walking distance, however a short ride away there is, or we recommend stopping on your way to Guasacate with the taxi. Note: USD and Cordobas are accepted everywhere. *Groceries: There’s a small market just in front of TwoTen, which has most things you would need, and there are daily produce trucks and possibilities to order fresh eggs and meat. However there are no large grocery stores and for longer term stays we recommend stopping in a grocery store. If you organize a taxi with us, ATM & Grocery store stops are no additional charge. You can visit Maxi Pali or La Colonia in Rivas, Massaya, or Managua. *Cleaning and laundry: We clean your room twice a week, and there is a laundry service available nearby. *Water: we provide drinking water and do not recommend drinking from the tap although it’s safe to brush your teeth and boil things.
