A fully private house, with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large garden with a fire pit, a heated pool, a living room with a pool table and TV, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue, tables and umbrellas, a TV room, parking for 7 vehicles, optional integration and awareness-raising activities. Ideal for family weekends, events, and/or retreats. Bedroom 1: double bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2: double bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 3: king size bed + 2 double sofa beds and a bathroom. Bedroom 4: king bed, bathroom shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5: double bed and bathroom shared with bedroom 4. Bedroom 6: a double bed, with its own bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare your food. We have a lounge with a pool table and TV. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas. The host's room, the roof, and the storage rooms are not accessible for security reasons. Other things to note The cost is for 16 people. Each additional person staying overnight will be an extra $500.00 p/p (up to 25 people) If you only access and use the facilities without staying overnight, it will be an extra $250.00 per person (up to 50 people) The host lives on the property for security reasons, to clean common areas in the mornings and/or to prepare food if required. Other than that, the host doesn't interfere with your activities
