Perfect All-Year Round Stay in The Malvern Hills

Description

I have unexpected summer availability due to a last minute long-term booking cancellation!! The perfect choice for walkers and their dogs ... with direct access to the Hills. Sleeps 4 guests within two bedrooms. Separate study with good Wifi. Proud to be a long-term Superhost! 1860s stone cottage, with very steep steps outside and narrow staircases inside, making it unsuitable for very young children and those with limited mobility. On road parking. Pets very welcome. The space A quaint and cosy semi-detached stone cottage, with a steep hillside garden, and a patio giving panoramic views across The Severn Valley. 1st floor - living room with Skytv and function to access your Netflix/Amazon accounts. Fully equipped kitchen/diner, with small boot room. 2nd floor - Bedroom one, with Super king size bed, which can be separated into twins upon request. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Study, with a large desk, office chair and extra storage. 3rd Floor - Bedroom two, with twin beds. Outside - Non-enclosed, hillside garden, with a terrace for you relax and take in the stunning views. Friendly and helpful neighbours! Guest access Parking is on the quiet street outside the property, which has no restrictions. There are 3 pubs within a short walk. A grocery shop is a 2 min drive away and petrol station is a 3 min drive away. Below is the Three Counties Showground , a 5 min drive. In the other direction is the town of Great Malvern, a 4 min drive away. A great central location to enjoy Worcester, Cheltenham, Hereford and Gloucester. There are two railway stations in Malvern, with good links to Birmingham, Bristol and London, Paddington. Other things to note Older children (over age 12) are very welcome. Pets are warmly welcomed. The cottage is on a raised terrace, which is accessed by steps at one end and a slope at the other. Due to its hillside location, this property has very steep steps inside and out, which is unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. It also has a low wall with a significant drop below. All steps are steep and slippery when wet, so the utmost caution is needed when going up and down. This is a friendly, quiet, sleepy little road which welcomes guests who are looking for some relaxation in nature. As the garden is set to terracing and a patio, there isn't space for dogs to run around. However, the hillside paths and common land below are right on your doorstep. Some of the internal photos are over 3 years old, and I've changed the decor and juggled things round a bit since I took them, so please don't be surprised if the photos don't exactly match. Please don't hit your heads on the low ceilings... fall down the steep stairs... slip on the stone paths... or burn down the house!
