There is a clothesline in the courtyard outside the studio. This studio is on the ground level of our home, and it is separate to it. The internal access door is locked off for your privacy. As we live upstairs, you may hear footsteps, murmurs of conversation and the usual noises of a home. Guest access Off-street parking is available for a small car in the carport or a larger car in front of it on the driveway. Continuing on through the carport will bring you to the entrance through the studio's glass sliders. The studio is single level and there are no steps to it. The studio is completely separate from the top storey. Other things to note No Smoking or vaping either inside or outside the studio. Please remove your shoes when you come inside. Being a quiet neighbourhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
